I picked up an CORA rulebook off of EBay a couple of years ago, and these are the Conrail pages out of it.  CORA covers the operating rules for railroads in the Chicago area.  While CORA doesn't specify rules per se, they give railroad people a convenient single source for the rules of all of the member roads.
