This section explores the various methods in which signals are mounted to whatever it is that they are connected to.  I guess way back when in the beginning, they just put 'em on the ground, but noticed they couldn't be seen from too far away.  So I guess some guy got the bright idea to mount them on something so they could be seen better.  :-)
