Bailey's Wye is a great railfan place.  A good percentage of CSX's trains pass through here, MARC is busy during the weekday rush hours, and the Light Rail goes over every few minutes.

For the signal fan, this area is also a must see, as everything is still B&O CPL's (color position lights).  Even on the Light Rail at Camden Station, you have dwarf Pennsy style PL's.
